Lanolin Wool - natural aid for baby and mum

Lanolin wool is unprocessed sheep's wool that is naturally rich in lanolin. Used for generations as a breathable, natural aid for sensitive skin areas, for babies and mothers alike. Our lanolin wool comes from the Alps, is 100% natural and free of unnecessary additives.

For babies, lovely for red or sensitive bottoms and mild irritation from moisture or friction. For mothers, a trusted aid for sensitive nipples or early cracking, during recovery moments in the postpartum period, or for a warm soothing feeling with engorgement.

Lanolin wool absorbs moisture while letting air through at the same time. This keeps the skin feeling drier and lets it settle, without applying an occlusive layer. The natural lanolin in the wool helps keep the skin soft and supple.

First apply a thin layer of pure shea butter and cover this with a tuft of lanolin wool. This way the caring ingredients stay in place longer. Lovely for a more intensive care moment.

• Mum: pull apart a small tuft of wool and place against the skin, for example in the nursing bra.
• Baby: place a fluffed-up tuft between skin and nappy for redness.
• Hygiene: use once only if in contact with urine or wound fluid.
• Do not use on open wounds.
